Uses
- Diffuse 4 drops of Indian Peppermint, 3 drops of Grapefruit, and 2 drops of Cedarwood essential oils to stimulate the mind and improve concentration.
- Combine 5 drops of Indian Peppermint Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to the wrists and neck to help increase energy during a midday slump.
- Dilute Indian Peppermint Essential Oil with a carrier oil at a 2% ratio. Apply it to sore muscles and gently massage in circular motions to soothe inflammation.
